The TH Sound: Put Your Tongue Between Your Teeth

English
The TH sound (as in "think" or "this") doesn't exist in Spanish, which is why it's one of the hardest sounds for Spanish speakers to get right — most people substitute a T, D, S, or Z instead ("tink" instead of "think").
Here's the fix: gently bite the tip of your tongue between your front teeth and blow air out. For unvoiced TH (think, three, bathroom), you'll hear a soft hiss. For voiced TH (this, that, mother), your throat vibrates while you do the same tongue position. Practice in front of a mirror for two minutes a day — it feels strange at first, but it's a muscle habit, and it becomes natural faster than you'd expect.
